I moved to Louisiana a week ago from Arizona. Today my AC thermostat was dead, no display, nothing! I looked in line and with several companies to chose from I called Carlisle and so glad I did. With in 30 minutes a tech( I believe the owner maybe) I’m bad with name, was here, repaired a loose cover in the air handler and up and running. Refused to charge me!
Said to call him when I had a real problem. Bet your ass I will, they’re on my fridge!
I believe that southern hospitality is real and going strong. So happy and proud to be a part of it now.

While replacing my roof a nail puncture the tubing and I lost all my freon. Gave Brent a call and he was at my house that afternoon to find the problem and repaired the damage line the next day. Good people and excellent service!

Brent came to assess our problem just hours after my initial call. We asked Brent to replace my unit. He ordered the materials, and in less than a week, he was at our house to install the new unit. His price was very reasonable! He and his crew were polite, courteous, reliable, and most importantly, professional. In just a few hours, the unit had been replaced, and he guaranteed his work. I’m here to give the technician a thumbs up my service was a last minute call he came within 15 minutes to come and save my day and also gave me tips on maintenance for my ac … definitely will get a call from me again !!!!
